Volunteer Training courses

Organize a series of volunteer training courses covering the concept, meaning and basic skills of volunteering. These courses can include communication skills, time management, teamwork, leadership, etc., to help volunteers improve their abilities and literacy.

Volunteer Mentor System

In order to provide personalized training and guidance, a volunteer mentor system is established. Each new volunteer can be mentored and tutored by an experienced volunteer mentor to help them adjust to volunteer work and provide support.

Volunteer activity log

Volunteers are encouraged to keep a log of their volunteer activities. Volunteer activity log can record the process and experience of volunteer service, which is conducive to reflection, learning and growth.

Team building activities

During the training process, some team building activities are organized to promote communication and cooperation between volunteers. Team building activities can enhance team cohesion and make volunteers work more harmoniously.

Social resource cooperation

Cooperate with community organizations or other public welfare organizations to jointly organize some volunteer training activities. By cooperating with social resources, more learning opportunities and practice platforms can be provided for volunteers.

Community service project

Community service projects: In order to let students better understand the actual situation of volunteer work, we plan various community service projects. These projects can include visiting community institutions, participating in community activities, and helping people in need. Through hands-on experience, students can gain a deeper understanding of the value and significance of volunteering.

The initiator clearly felt the difference in the intellectual level and physical appearance of boys and girls after living in society and entering high school. During the global epidemic in 2022, the “Women in Chains” incident and the “Iranian Hijab Revolution” occurred that shocked the world. The big event made the initiator realize that many women in the world need help and support in society and at home. She hopes that every woman in the world can fully realize their potential without being troubled by gender discrimination, violence or unequal treatment.

Raise social awareness: Raise social awareness of gender equality issues through education and awareness campaigns.

Policy Change: Fight for and support policy and legal changes that will improve the status of women.

Community Building: Build a community that supports and unites women, providing them with resources and support.
